When an agent transfer from one office to another, the agent must submit the following forms to the NVRA office:

  1.  A signed copy of the Vermont Change of Information Form.
  2.  A signed NVRA Member Transfer Form.

There is a $40.00 administration transaction fee when transferring offices. This fee can be paid on the Member Portal once the transfer is complete.
