About Our Presenter

Julie Marks is the Founder and Director of the Vermont Short-Term Rental Alliance (VTSTRA)–a nonprofit advocacy group and business association for the vacation rental community of Vermont. Julie operates two short-term rentals at her home in Jericho and one vacation rental in Burlington. She has also been a residential housing provider in Burlington since 2017.
