NVRA kicks off the new year with a look ahead at legislative and regulatory issues that could impact how REALTORS® conduct business. So much of how you operate is guided by the laws and regulations passed locally, as well as in Montpelier and Washington, DC. Here’s a great opportunity to get updated on what is happening.

Peter Tucker, Advocacy & Public Policy Director for the Vermont Association of REALTORS®, will be on hand to provide updates on the local, state and national issues facing our industry. Peter will also review the latest on the Vermont Real Estate Commission’s discussions on proposed regulations concerning  designated agency, commercial brokerage practices, transactional brokerages, and virtual offices.  Time will be provided for Q & A.
