While REALTORS® predominantly work with people looking to buy and sell their homes, they are often the first line of education and referral for Vermonters who are considering all their options. Homesharing is a unique type of housing available in Vermont that can increase housing access across the market where inventory is tight. This course will provide REALTORS® with information about homesharing and how it works.
