We’re pleased to welcome Assistant State Fire Marshal Josh Maxham and Fire Marshal Josh Webb who bring a combined 17 years of fire marshal experience.

Their presentation will cover the Division of Fire Safety (DFS) and its role, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm requirements for single-family owner-occupied and rental properties, and what they typically look for during residential public building inspections. Q&A at the end of the presentation.
