Don’t forget to activate your SentriLock account today! On Friday, March 13th, all existing eKey users were sent an account activation email by SentriLock. An example of the email is included below.

Included in this post are additional key details regarding our training and lockbox exchange event taking place on March 31st and April 1st at the Hampton Inn in Colchester, VT.
As a reminder, VAR’s lockbox swap event will be held at the Hampton Inn in Colchester, VT on March 31st and April 1st. Comprehensive training will be provided for all eKey users on both of the aforementioned dates. If you are exchanging Supra lockboxes for SentriLock boxes at the event, please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we have adequate time to program your lockboxes while you are completing the training. VAR is offering a complimentary 1:1 swap for leased Supra lockboxes.
As a reminder, lockboxes are assigned to Brokers initially to maintain consistency with the prior Supra arrangement. If you are not a broker and do not have lockboxes to exchange, you are expected to attend the training ONLY. If you are an agent and have questions regarding the ownership of current Supra lockboxes, please consult your broker.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TURNED IN YOUR SUPRA LOCKBOXES OR PLAN TO AFTER THE SENTRILOCK EXCHANGE EVENT, PLEASE SEE BELOW:
If you are NOT exchanging lockboxes, but intend to receive new SentriLock lockboxes, you must provide an inventory report from Supra or Prime MLS. This will help us determine how many boxes you should receive. An inventory report can be pulled from your Supra account online or through the mobile app under “MY LOCKBOXES”.
To streamline the process at event check-in, we encourage all members to submit their inventory reports to kyle@vermontrealtors.com by Wednesday, March 25th. If inventory reports are not received, we cannot guarantee lockboxes will be distributed on site, and may be shipped after the event on March 31st and April 1st at the user’s expense. This ONLY applies to members who have already turned in lockboxes to Prime MLS/Supra or plan to turn them in after the event.
Members are more than welcome to ship their Supra lockboxes back to Prime MLS/Supra by their deadline. If members choose to ship their boxes back to Prime MLS/Supra, they can still receive SentriLock boxes at our event as long as a lockbox inventory report is provided by March 25th.
The purpose of our lockbox exchange event is to provide a hassle-free and convenient opportunity for our members to return their Supra lockboxes.

As a reminder, in addition to offering SentriLock as an incredible member service, existing eKey users will receive a FREE 90-day trial in the form of delayed billing as an added benefit.
