NVRA has had a busy summer behind the scenes. As we head into the last bit of 2025, here are some things we are celebrating:
- NVRA has 847 TOTAL members!
- 31 hours of FREE continuing education offered, with 63 total planned so far for the year.
- 273 participants in CE so far.
- Refreshed NVRA New Agent Orientation certified for 8 hours of post-licensure education.
- $11,000 raised at the Annual Golf Tournament.
- Successful sale of NVRA property at 202 Commerce Street.
- Growing community partnerships with CVOEO, Vermont Futures Project, Lake Champlain Chamber, and more.
- Growing committee engagement for Education and Rising Professionals Alliance.

- August 5, Burgers and Beer: This annual end of summer fundraising opportunity is a casual event held at St Johns Club in Burlington. The waterfront location is gorgeous, and this year’s prize raffle will feature the infamous Beer Tower (winner gets the ENTIRE TOWER), and themed baskets. REGISTER HERE
- September 23, Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting is your chance to check in with the Association. Learn more about the work our Board of Directors has been doing and plans for the sustainability of NVRA. Please note: NVRA will vote on Bylaws Updates at this meeting.
-Following the annual business portion of the Annual Meeting, we’ll be joined by Cashauna Hill of The Redress Movement for an informative presentation on the history of fair housing and a REALTOR’S® role in furthering the next chapter of housing policies. CE offered after the meeting this year will fulfill the NAR Fair Housing Requirement and be offered free to NVRA members.
3. December 4, REALTORS® of Distinction: NVRA’s premier celebration of the real estate industry will be held on Dec. 4 this year at The Farmhouse at Sunset Pond (70 Essex Way, Essex Junction). RPA is hard at work refining this event for a fantastic evening with our members.

NVRA is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors, including an Affiliate representative and Commercial Real Estate Practitioner. Each year, NVRA seeks new candidates for board service with the intent to fairly represent the diversity in our membership to lead our Association toward successful implementation of our mission.
This year, the following positions are available for nominations:
