Thank you for your continued membership at NVRA! Your annual yearly membership with NVRA begins January 1-December 31. Dues are prorated monthly dependent up on your join date. The 2027 membership renewal invoice will be sent via email on October 1, 2026. Payment is due October 31, 2026. Log in to the NVRA member portal to view and pay for your 2027 membership renewal. If you cannot pay your invoice on time, $50 in late fees will be applied to your account.

Autopay:

For 2027 Dues payments, NVRA will NOT be running autopay. You will have to manually enter your payment. 

Membership dues are payable by cash, check, or credit or debit card.   

  • Cash: If you pay by cash, please call us at 802-862-6407 so we can arrange pick up or drop off. 
  • Check: Checks should be made out to NVRA and can be mailed to 1 Main Street, Box 9B, Burlington, VT 05401.
  • Card: All card payments can be made online via the NVRA Member Portal. If you have any issues with this system or would like to pay over the phone, please call the NVRA office during normal business hours: 802-862-6407. 

Description of Late Fees:  

If you do not make your dues payment by 4:30pm, October 31, 2025, late fees will be incurred. There are no exceptions to these late fees.  

  • November 1 – December 31: $50 Late Fee
  • January 1 forward: $50 Reinstatement Fee

A Primary Affiliate Membership covers the company listing as an Affiliate in the NVRA Affiliate Directory, and it includes 1 employee from the company as a contact. This person is a full member of NVRA – they will get the member rate for all NVRA events, receive all NVRA newsletters, access the NVRA Member Portal, serve on NVRA committees, etc. Primary Affiliate Membership does not cover all staff for the organization.  

Any staff that you wish to add to your account can be added as Additional Affiliates for $80 per person. They will be able to access the NVRA Member Portal, NVRA committees, member rates for events, and NVRA communications.

  • -Exclusive access to NVRA member list for marketing. (sent automatically once per quarter, but available upon request as well).    
  • -Accessible networking opportunities to grow your network within the industry.

  • -Eligibility for recognition as NVRA Affiliate of the Year, which is publicized via press release each year.

If you cannot meet the deadline of 4:30pm, October 31, late fees from NVRA will be applied to your invoice. Your NVRA membership is active January through December, so you won’t lose access immediately. Unpaid memberships will be dropped on January 2, and you will lose access to all benefits at that point.
